Unfortunately, after exploring the race for nearly nine months, Dan and his family concluded that prevailing in the race would prove unlikely. Accordingly, Dan filed to terminate the Exploratory Committee on January 4, 2002. Dan and his family wish to thank all of his supporters for their contributions and assistance.
